An annual membership is required prior to any item rentals.
Parents of 0-4 year olds that live in Blackpool Better Start wards are eligible for a reduced annual membership fee of £5, please see below a list of the Blackpool Better Start wards:
- Bloomfield
- Brunswick
- Claremont
- Clifton
- Park
- Talbot
- Victoria
